Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
For returns due to wrong size, change of mind, etc, we do not refund. Please ensure you order the correct size and product.
Our vendor guarantees each product from the moment it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, our vendor will reship the order to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
