Dog food that is good for dogs, tastes yummy to them, and gives dog parents a sense of providing proper nutrition to them: Sounds like a wish list for dog moms and dads, right? Wishes sometimes come true, as we recently discovered with a new dog food (wet variety)to the marketplace.
Rachael Ray Nutrish Naturally Delish is a wet food for dogs with no corn, wheat*, soy, or artificial “junk” in it. By junk, we mean no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, and no meat by-products or fillers. Since the Fidose of Reality PR (Puppy Relations) Manager, Dexter, believes in sharing the love, one of his BFF’s (best furry friends), Zola, is our paw-roduct tester for this new line.
Zola is a rescue dog whose mom feeds her the Rachael Ray Nutrish Real Chicken with Veggies dry food. She wanted to add some wet feed to Zola’s diet, so when the folks at Nutrish asked us to review the new wet food, we were thrilled to accept. Zola tends to be a fussy eater, so I was a bit apprehensive if she’d like the new flavors.
Here’s the way it went down, with Zola at the helm and in the kitchen of Rachael Ray (via our very own “product testing” location):
* Pasta in Chicken Muttballs is made with semolina wheat flour.
Rachael’s Rescue donates 100 percent of proceeds from the sales of Nutrish to help animals in need.
