It’s time to reveal our Dogs of Summer photo contest winners for 2021! With five prize packs totaling over $250, enter your dog in the Fidose of Reality Dogs of Summer Photo Contest. Here’s how to have some fun and possibly win a slew of prizes for your pooch. Contest is officially closed.
You can enter up to four photos per person in the Dogs of Summer photo contest. Prizes are plentiful, and our pals at Dr. Harvey’s are giving away over $200 worth of prizes for your lucky dogs. Here’s how it works:
Simply follow the rules below to enter your photos in the Dogs of Summer Photo Contest 2021. Past and present dogs are welcomed to enter but please don’t use photos entered in previous years. Here are a few ideas for photos:
- Dogs in or by a pool or lake
- Dogs chilling out in the shade or indoor air conditioning
- Dogs on a hike
- Dogs having fun at a summer barbecue
- Dogs at a picnic
- Dogs helping making summer treats
- Dogs at a drive-in movie
- Dogs on a walk safely social distancing
- Dogs playing an indoor game during stay-home orders
- Dogs playing with a hose or sprinkler
- Dogs on a patio or backyard having a “staycation”
- Dogs in summer-type apparel
- Dogs enjoying fruits and veggies of summer (watermelon, corn on the cob)
Dogs of Summer Photo Contest Fun
Entering is easy, prizes are fantastic, and all dogs are welcomed: past and present. Four entries per person are allowed: This means no more than four pictures per person. You must own the photo(s) and please do not have any text on the photo at all. No humans allowed in the photos. Watermarks on photos are okay. Photos with humans or text on them will be disqualified.
Deadline to submit entries is 07/21/21 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Enter using the form below. DO NOT EMAIL US PHOTOS. You Must Use the Form Below.
DO NOT SEND PHOTOS WITH TEXT ON THEM NOR PHOTOS WITH PEOPLE IN THEM. A WATERMARK IS OKAY, BUT ANY PHOTOS WITH TEXT ON THEM WILL BE OTHERWISE DISQUALIFIED.

When Does The Photo Contest Start and End?
Contest opens today, 06/21/21 and closes 07/21/21 at 11:59 pm ET. Contest is closed.
How Many Photos Can I Submit?
Four. Each photo must be entered separately using the form below. This means no more than four pictures per person. You must own the photo(s) and please do not have any text on the photo at all. No humans allowed in the photos. Watermarks on photos are okay. Photos with humans or text on them will be disqualified.
How Are The Photos Judged?
We don’t like voting contests, so there are no votes required. We have an independent panel of three judges who will select their favorite entries that adhere to the theme “Dogs of Summer.” Real people judge the photos. Carol Bryant, owner of this site, is not a judge.
The entries will be judged on:
- Adherence to the theme of Dogs of Summer
- Following the rules
- Clarity of photo

When Will My Photos Be Posted?
All images will be posted within 48 hours of being submitted. Please do not write to ask if your photo is going to be posted. We paw-mise to have it posted within 48 hours of receiving it.
Can Anyone Enter?
USA only, must be 18 years or older, please.
What If I Win?
Winners will be notified via email and have 48 hours to respond. Winners will be revealed on July 23, 2021. Winners must provide name and mailing address so we can ship you the prizes. Winners who fail to respond within 48 hours of winning will be disqualified and runner-ups will be selected. USA only please and must be 18 or older to win.
