Looking to do something to help feed shelter dogs this holiday season but perhaps you can’t adopt or foster? There are many ways to help pets in need and one dog food company has set the “bark” high.

BOGO Bowl dog food was recently given a 4-star rating by Dog Food Advisor. They are also a company that lives the “give back” mantra. BOGO Bowl was started by Sara Henderson and Susan Hollar. For every bag of BOGO Bowl dog food  purchased, they ship the equivalent of the same food to a nonprofit shelter of the buyer’s choice. That means any shelter that is 501c3 in your neighborhood, down the street, in your town, or anywhere in the contiguous United States. How cool is that! Oh, and shipping is INCLUDED…. Santa will be very good to these ladies, that’s for sure!

Check out BOGO Bowl by watching Fidose of Reality’s recent appearance on Pet Talk with Lauren Collier on television’s News12CT. Then log on and help feed a dog in a shelter while satisfying your Fido’s palate with this yummy dog food.

In addition, Mary Haight of Animal Cafe recently interviewed Sara from BOGO Bowl, so kick up and take a listen to this fun and informative podcast:
