Do you have a favorite pet blogger or microblogger (someone on Twitter, Facebook, etc.)?
If you watched the Oscar awards or are familiar with them, BlogPaws pet blogger social media conference and online pet blogger community has announced their 2nd Annual Nose-to-Nose Social Media Pet Blogging Awards. What the heck are these awards and why do they matter? Imagine being a prolific blogger and sharing your heart, soul, passion, information, and love of pets with the world at large. Then imagine the gold standard for pet bloggers comes along and has a process for recognizing those bloggers with awards and helping a dog in need. Would you like to pay it forward and nominate a blogger?
The “Nose-to-Nose” Awards is the only awards program in which pet bloggers and microbloggers are judged on their expertise, creativity, and performance in one or more of 12 categories by a panel of distinguished professionals. The BlogPaws Nose-to-Nose Awards are not a popularity contest! No LIKES, tweets, emailing share, or anything of the like. You simply nominate a blog or microblog (with 12 categories total) with a simple click and telling BlogPaws who!
Hurry, as the nominations close at 3:00 PM EST on Friday, March 8th. Don’t wait to nominate. Bloggers may nominate themselves or other pet bloggers or microbloggers in the following categories:
Best Blog Design: judged on overall design elements of the blog homepage/landing page.
Best Blog Writing: judged on overall writing skill – is the message clear to the reader? Is the writing well-done? Is the blog post free of errors?
